1. Is Allah’s all powerful? I know you will say YES now explain why did Allah need to leave his throne and descends to the lowest heaven to listen to and answers prayers and supplications?

2. Who is making oath with pen, paper,  ink,  moon, and other perishable things ?

I know you dare not say Muhammad because it is Allah your God

Does Allah need to convince us by swearing to oath?  Okay if he needed to why is he making oath with immaterial things lesser than himself?

NOTE
YAWEH sworn by HIS NAME
For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself.” Hebrews 6:13

All is commanded to make oath only by Allah name

Narrated ‘Umar:
The Prophet said, “If anybody has to take an oath, he should swear ONLY by Allah.” The people of Quraish used to swear by their fathers, but the Prophet said, “Do not swear by your fathers.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 58, Number 177)

Narrated Ibn ‘Umar:
Allah’s Apostle met ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab while the latter was going with a group of camel-riders, and he was swearing by his father. The Prophet said, “Lo! Allah forbids you to swear by your fathers, so whoever has to take an oath, he should swear by Allah or keep quiet.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 78, Number 641)

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Do not swear by your fathers, or by your mothers, or by rivals to Allah; and swear by Allah ONLY, and swear by Allah only when you are speaking the truth. (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 21, Number 3242)

3. Quran said Allah is incomparable sura112:4 I belief you agree with the verse

Why did Muhammad compared Allah with dajjal he said and I quote
“Dajjal is one eyed but your LORD Is not one eyed”

More devastatingly Allah said he is best of creators comparing himself with other creators sura 23:14, sura 37:125

If Allah is indeed incomparable why is he comparing himself with other creators and why was Muhammad comparing him with dajjal?
